Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging.
Shipping rates
Shipping options and rates, including any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay. We only ship to US states where these products are permitted, and restricted states are blocked at checkout.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received or your refund is processed, please allow several business days for it to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
